Nurse Midwife


Mary Jo Spallina, CNM, IBCLC

Mary Jo Spallina, C.N.M., IBCLC Mary Jo Spallina, C.N.M. is a 2001 graduate of the University of Rochester Nurse-Midwifery Program. Her undergraduate degrees include an AAS from Monroe Community College, and a BSN from SUNY Brockport. She is a board certified lactation consultant and a birth educator with 20 years of Ob/Gyn experience. The word midwife means to be "with women". Nurse-midwifery practice is the independent management of women's health care, focusing particularly on pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, family planning and the gynecological needs of women.  Mary Jo sees patients in our Brighton, Webster, and Greece offices.



Physician's Assistant


Gina Geraci, RDMS, MS, RPA-C

Gina Geraci, RDMS, MS, RPA-C Gina Geraci received her undergraduate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004.  She worked as a sonographer for four years (including WGCA) before returning to Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where she completed the Physician Assistant Program in 2010.  Gina works closely with our obstetricians and gynecologists to provide a full range of outpatient care.



Brittany Scott, RPA-C

Brittany Blanchard-Collier, RPA-C Brittany graduated in 2015 from Rochester Institute of Technology with her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. She returned to school at Daemen College in Buffalo and earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019. Brittany's special interests include preventative healthcare and contraceptive management. She is excited to join WGCA!
